  • Cancellation and Booking Policy

    1. We request all clients to arrive on time for their scheduled appointments. If you are no more than 10 minutes late, we will make every effort to accommodate you. However, due to time constraints and our commitment to provide the highest quality service to all our clients, there may be instances where we will need to either cancel or reschedule your appointment. In such cases, late cancellation or no-show charges will apply.

    2. If you cancel your appointment less than 12 hours before the scheduled time, a late cancellation fee of 25% of the service price will be charged to your account.

    3. If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without any prior notice, a no-show fee of 100% of the service price will be charged.

    4. We kindly request that you inform us at least 12 hours in advance if you are unable to make your appointment. This allows us to offer your time slot to another client and helps ensure smooth operations.

    5. The late cancellation or no-show fees will be charged to the payment method on file. If there isn’t a method on file, an invoice will be sent, which is expected to be paid within 7 days.

    6. If you need to reschedule, please provide us with at least 12 hours notice to avoid any fees. We understand that unforeseen events can occur, but we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

    7. We aim to offer each client a unique and uninterrupted experience. Late arrivals may compromise the quality of service for you and potentially disrupt appointments for other clients. Your understanding and adherence to this policy ensure that we can serve all clients effectively.
